Can I stop the campaign?

Of course. Click on the <Campaigns> link available on the details page of your app. Click on <Actions> button available on the right section of your ongoing campaign and click on the <Stop Campaign> button. Your campaign will be stopped in a few minutes with your approval. The fee of the unrealized operations will be returned to your account once your campaign is stopped.
